Accessibility at Family Resource Finder
Family Resource Finder is being designed so families can use it with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, voice input and other assistive technology.
Our accessibility goal
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. Accessibility is an ongoing process, so this statement does not claim that every page or feature is perfect or fully conformant at all times.
What we are improving
- Keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
- Clear labels and instructions for forms and search filters.
- Screen-reader-friendly status messages and dialog labels.
- Readable text, color contrast, zoom and mobile reflow.
- Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation.
- Large, usable touch targets for important controls.
